The Why

Why am i doing this,

I need a focus a target, something to be accountable to, a north.

I have depression and the exercise keeps the black dog at bay.

My hand writing sucks so typing it out helps.

I love to ride and run and i’m getting to like the swimming.

I have to reduce my body fat for the rest of my life to reduce the risk of heart disease / strokes (hereditary)
