I’ve been running in Hoka One One trail shoes for the past 18 months and they are awesome, done 5ks 10ks ran the Yorkshire 3 peaks in them. Great shoes.

But after 18months the squashy bits…. well are squashed. Still good for dirty trails but now I’m cranking up the road miles time for some road shoes
Guys at https://upandrunning.co.uk/leedsheadingley were really good, had exactly what I needed, gave me some other options to try.
These have a neutral gait and feel so light, springy and comfortable, looking forward to my long run this week in them.
