Rest days, good eating and small treats!

After my testing the knee ride so cycling is ok. Running not so much, probably time to get the knee supports on again.

Comrade Boris is cancelling all Christmas plans… I was suppose to be in the English Lakes for a few days camping and hiking but that’s not happening now so it’s stay at home activities…… 🤔

The Rapha Festive 500 it is then.

But first… rest the body, get some work done and relax

This is what that looks like:

Eating well

Start the day with a proper meal!
  • Sourdough toast
  • Avocado
  • Crushed pumpkin seeds
  • Vegan sausages
  • Poached eggs

OMG…. this could be the best thing I make! Well it’s certainly my favourite breakfast to make.

Evenings eating

  • Wheat tortillas
  • Vegan mince
  • Oinion
  • Pepper
  • Mushroons
  • Jalapeños
  • Lettuce
  • Guacamole
  • Skin on fries
  • Sweet potatoes fries

Finish the day with home made vegan delights!

Evenings treat

A wee dram to warm the cockles!
  • Single malt
  • Cups made of horn!
  • Awesome!

And enjoy a warming drink….
