Read a great line the other day:
“feeling tired? Well do it tired then!”
Too much wine and late night left me feeling tired this morning, easiest thing to slip back to sleep or just say “I’ll do it later”.
But I’m only cheating myself as I know “later” has got other plans!
So 20mins focused on my body, how it feels getting it moving.
Totally worth it.
